Celestia is a free 3D astronomy
program for Windows, Mac OS X, and GNU/Linux. Created by
Chris Laurel, it is licensed under the GNU General Public
License. The program, based on the Hipparcos
Catalogue, allows users to display objects ranging in scale
from artificial satellites to entire galaxies in three
dimensions using OpenGL. Unlike most planetarium software,
the user is free to travel about the Universe. It is
highly adaptable as well, and it is through this capability
that I have been able to create the many visualizations of
the ArcBuilder Universe. Some appropriate links are as

The following add-ons are divided according to how the worlds are displayed in the Encyclopaedia Planetae, in order to make it easier to figure out where each system is located, generally. Each link will take you to the download page at the Motherlode; remember, if you would like to rate these add-ons, please leave a comment explaining the rating. If the add-on needs improvement (and most do!), I need to know why it had a low rating. And, of course, a high rating warrants unadulterated praise, always!
